I love watching the thought process of a Creative. Love the Index of Events idea! For those of us who have loud negative inner voices (🙄) it’s a great way to log actions and successes to get a reality check on where we are during the year in a quick view.

Also, on tab placement . . . I was setting up my Weeks and finally realized that the tabs are 3 boxes wide 🤦‍♀️. Between that and the border aligning with the vertical page margin, my tab set up went really quickly and efficiently - so cool!!

Thank you so much for this video! Your content has inspired me to get the 2025 Hobonichi A6. Bullet journals feel a bit overwhelming while most planners feel underwhelming and uncustomizable. The Hobonichi seems like the perfect planner/journal.

Thank you for sharing this, Helen. For the past two years, I've just been using clear Contact paper on my Hobonichi Cousin. It protects the planner with no bulk and the cover never cracks.
