Just jumping in to say, I'm in awe of your determination and perseverance! Whenever I've had to watch my food intake, using smaller plates and smaller servings and NOT eating alone or watching TV while eating have been the biggest game changers! One way to try to make sure your full page stickers are lined up properly is to peel the top, but line it up on the bottom of the page to lay it down straight before you stick the top down. Roll the sticker flat up the page to get the top to stick straight, THEN start peeling the rest of the backing like you have been doing. That way, you can stick it down smoothly, with out the worry that the bottom is going to end up all wonky.

So proud of you and your progress in your weight loss journey. Overcoming some of the psychological relationship one has with food is very difficult...I know because I'm on this journey with you. One thing my nutritionist told me that really made a difference in how I see food is to keep reminding myself "food is fuel". The purpose of food is to fuel your body. If I don't think my body needs the fuel, I will drink some water. That usually will take care of the empty stomach feeling, and give me time to really think about whether or not I need to fuel my body or am I just ever your past reasons are for turning to food automatically. I meet with my surgeon on January 3rd, and will hopefully be scheduled for surgery late January/early February. Love how you worked out the cover. When you were describing your "mood board" I realized it's the same thing as a "vision board". Do you live in London or another part of the UK? I was just wondering if you'd priced out the Eurostar to Paris or if it's just priced itself out of being an option? I did the small plates too. We had to clean our plates too. I think that was started with rationing during WWII, my mom once said, because you didn't know when you might get a next meal.

On the full page stickers I have better luck starting them from the bound edge and work them out that way.
