Finally, someone who can explain the issue without a bunch of craziness and repeating themselves over and over to make a ten minute video into a twenty minute video. THANK YOU

Exact lesson I was searching for. Someone recently advised me, one can never have enough strong grip, and since then I've been pulling my iron shots. I realize after this video, my problem was due club face being too closed due to overly strong grip. Thank you.

If you are pulling shots it’s because you are delivering your power at the ball instead of at the target. Focus on swinging to the target not at the ball.

🤯 Hank is a genius! He explained exactly why I'm pulling to the left!

This was a fantastic lesson. I tried the suggestion moving the ball inside my stance a little while also simultaneously squaring my lead foot and opening up my right foot. IT WORKED! Certainly more practice is needed, but this adjustment was a revelation!

Simple & incredible at the same time. I love the fact that he spends a lot of time on the problem instead of just jumping to the solution. It really helps to drill in the “Problem” clearly so we can conscientiously try and avoid it!! Nicely done…

Makes more sense than most of the videos I’ve watched. Plane simple language, thanks.

Thank you. I've been moving the ball around. Trying many things. I'm definitely a "puller" of the ball. Damn they feel good, fly great, but left of everything good.

There's a reason Hank Haney is considered one of the best teacher's in golf, and this is a perfect example of why that is. I'm a "type 2 puller" (closed face) of the ball, and this has done wonders for me.

Legend of Teaching. Breaking it down simple. I will start filming myself swing to learn what to approach. Thank you.

There's a lot to think about here, but after going through it a couple of times, I realized my issue with the pull was related closing the face too much. I have a tendency to be too hands-y and that's caused my body not to keep up. I swing from the inside. Great lesson.

Makes sense. I've been having problems with pulling the ball to the left, and since I tend to fade the driver and slice on occasion I'm pretty sure now that it's a path problem. I'll now have something to work with on my next trip to the range. Thanks, Hank!

Great tip. Thanks Hank. Sliced driver and pulled irons have been torturing me. Used the tip today and saw significant improvement
Thanks again 6:58

Great lesson. I have both of these problems depending on my fatigue and flexibility (I'm not as young as I used to be). Generally, on the front 9 when I'm fresh, I'm swinging from the inside with a closed club face, and on the back 9 I'm swinging outside-in. I'm aware of this and try to adjust my swing as needed. This is one aspect of golf that is much like life: making adjustments along to way to better play the game.

Good stuff. The 2 corrections are spot on what I would use to properly hit a draw (first one) and cut (2nd one). I've been hitting all very tight cut shots and mid to short irons have been great. With my new driver I'm getting the pull with a hook tail and sometimes creeping into tee shots with fairway woods. After a lesson I had been hitting some monster push draws on the monitor but trying to replicate in real situation has resulted in the big pulls off the golf course.

For years I've turned my left foot out to help with my follow through. I can't wait to get to the range to try this simple change to see the effect.

This is a great video. I assumed I was swinging over the top, but couldn’t understand why. Turns out I was shutting the face! I put the ball further back in my stance as Hank suggested and goodbye pull! Thank you.

Brilliantly explained. I couldn't work out why my driver fades to the right but my iron shots pull to the left. Will definitely be working on not coming over the top now
