I've Seen All Good People

[I Your Move]

I've seen all good people turn their heads each day so satisfied I'm on my way
I've seen all good people turn their heads each day so satisfied I'm on my way

Take a straight and stronger course to the corner of your life
Make the white queen run so fast she hasn't got time to make you a wife

'Cause it's time is time in time with your time and
its news is captured for the queen to use
Move me on to any black square
Use me anytime you want
Just remember that the goal
Is for us all to capture all we want

Don't surround yourself with yourself
Move on back two squares
Send an instant karma to me
Initial it with loving care

'Cause it's time is time in time with your time and
its news is captured for the queen to use

Diddit diddit diddit diddit diddit diddit diddit didda

Move on back two squares
Send an instant karma to me

I feel sorry for anyone who wasn't around for the 1970s. So many great bands and albums.

"Don't surround yourself with yourself" what a great lyrical way of saying don't be self-righteous.

Yes is a brilliant band, both musically and lyrically.

In 1973, my parents went on a 3-week vacation and gave me $20 to buy food while they were gone. I saved the money and lived on canned tuna so I could use the money to buy YesSongs. To hear it is one thing, but to see it . . . I never got to see them live, but this will do nicely. Thank you for posting this awesome concert. 👍🎵 🎸🥁🎤🎹🎶💖

I gave a good friend (bass player) 2 tickets to see Yes for his birthday once. 5th row from his hero, Chris Squire. He still talks about it all these years later. Great show. Great friend.

They say prog rock as a term to put Yes in some sort of category but they are way about a simple vibe and improvisational skills of these gentleman is above and beyond most bands from this era and even today....Steve Howe dominates here like an Olympic athletic going for the gold...he is giving you Yessongs at full force....his superhuman athletic ability and high intellectual guitar playing are there for the world to see.

At the time, he was recognized as being one of if not, the best guitarists according to guitar magazine.

Although this music is very complex and made by virtuosos, it apeals to millions and millions of people.
Some loyal Yes followers would like to believe that Yes appeals to their refined taste in music.... similar to fine wine appealing to a wine connoisseur.

I may be one of those Yes fans!!!!

That's my opinion and I welcome yours..

was this not a truly marvelous band? Impeccable, unique, and innovative at their time.

The best Yes concert closer. Such a positive vibe. If you're not up and dancing and singing along in the aisles, you're dead or you have no soul.

I got to see them live in 1976 at The Cow Palace in San Francisco. We drove from Reno and had a great time.
