After watching some of the new videos, I scrolled the website looking for a no fuss dinner. I found the pasta salad and it looked interesting and ridiculously easy so I made it last night.
I'm not kidding when I say it is hands down the best pasta salad I ever ate in my life!
So mush so that I will probably be making it for the following two days. The sundried tomatoes combined with olives and lemon zest and juice is out of this world!

You singlehandedly and totally inspired me to become a vegan cook and now everyone is obsessed with my cooking. I’ve got your books, watched all of your videos over and over, I’ve leant your books out to friends of all ages and walls of life and you’ve inspired them too. You’ve walked me through your recipes, and I’ve learned so much from you. It genuinely feels like we’re mates and it’s strange to think, I feel like I know you but you don’t know me. Gotta say, they’re covering every facet of the beauty of that country and the food impeccably, not like you can expect any less, but the sheer style behind this channel is always just mind blowing. Bonus that the people are fun and kind and cool and the food is just insanely good and will make you a better cook and probably a bit better person. Healthier at least. Also, surfing is insanely hard. Can’t knock it for a first try. Got to update when he starts nailing it.

I was wondering if I could make a video segment request. I would love to see recipes that are designed with zero waste in mind. It's pretty much impossible to get tofu or seitan without packaging. If I could get some recipes with your amazing take on it, but made to be zero waste, I think I would be able to be more of a full time vegan. You're brilliant, my friend. Thank you for the videos.

Love seeing less oil in some of these recipes. My biggest struggle, for health reasons, is adapting fabulous recipes bursting with flavour such as yours but subbing out the oil. If you could mention an oil substitute in your recipes/videos that would be amazing! BTW your videos just keep on raising the bar, excellent quality!
