Whoa! Double intros?! Wow, now we're kicking high and fast into the new year! Hi Matt. So my understanding is that we don't record our reps for the finisher phase exercises? Obviously over time the difficulty of the exercises in this phase might increase but we just hit them as hard as possible but not with a goal to improve each time like in the strength phase?
