General Mick Ryan is on point on a fundamental level. It's a tragedy he isn't more influential in NATO affairs. The incompetence of NATOs civilian section has been shocking, two years in and its still the same old too little too late, parcel package, help ukraine but do not put serious effort into mobilizing war industry. Current trajectory is to grind down to frozen conflict by 2025.

The aussie was a breath of air, someone who actually knows what he's talking about. Excellent take on the war crimes situation in aussie and a total wake up call for all countries. Command and leadership fa, ilures absolutely nailed it. Every army has rogue soldiers but it's how the command structure handles it. In Uk its taken 10yrs to get any sort of enquiry ?

Yet another top rate show, very informative pieces from Joe Barnes and Doms' interview with Gen.Ryan was excellent even though I almost choked on my crisps when he said "bastardly" when referring to Putin and the Kremlin. A breath of fresh air. Thanks all.

Very interesting interview with the Australian Gen. Ryan. It was refreshing to finally hear him analyze the West's shortcomings in learning from this war. For example, not developing better technology for detecting and destroying mines.

Straight talking from the Aussie general! Nato thinking has been overwhelmingly defensive in outlook, having to take to offense and retaking territory behind static fortified defensive lines like the Ukraine forces are faced with currently is an obvious blind spot.

The connection? Another issue as mentioned in Dugin’s manual for the Russian Generals. “foundations of .geopolitics”. Reclaiming soviet influence areas. Break up of the European Union, stoking unrest in the Near East (Arab, Muslim and Israel) Promote internal disturbances to weaken power of the USA (- states promote riots along race lines)
He mentions inflaming uprisings and rouge states in Africa too.
I forget what the 1997 books says about managing Australia and the Far East.
In general it is abiut undermining democracy worldwide. Putin has followed several chapters of this book already.
