setting up a NEW SNAKE TANK (milk snake edition)

Показать описание
today I'm setting up a new snake tank for my Nelson's milksnake, Siena! The terrarium is 29 gallons, a major upgrade from her previous little habitat. Milksnakes are similar to kingsnakes and corn snakes, their name actually comes from the belief that they used to latch onto cow udders and drink milk! Crazy, right?

Huge thanks to all my current patrons for allowing this channel to be the best it can be!

As usual, another amazing video! I was really glad u posted this video, because I was actually going to turn my guppy tank into a snake tank! I would put my guppies to live with my turtle Shelly! Siena is adorable, and I love her new tank!

Just food for thought when it comes to snakes, as a snake owner that is. Might be a good idea to cover 3 sides or everything but the front. Having that much open area around them can make them stressed more than we know. Not all snakes but just some good for thought. I know it helped my boy a lot :) cute snake though!

Hey, I was just wonder what Outlet timers do you recommend. I’ve seen your old video suggesting The Brinks outlet timer but Amazon no longer carry’s it. Are there any other digital ones you can recommend. Thanks!!!!

I really want a Sibaloan milksnake. But I feel a little insecure about handling fast moving snakes.
I feel I don't really have control when the snake is trying to escape and it feels like the snake would slip out of my hands in 1 second.😅
But I guess it requires handling the snake untill it gets used to it. Or I can have it as a display speices.🤷‍♀️

Great video, have watch a few of your videos and have enjoyed them. I have a Central American Wood Turtle and having trouble getting her to eat, I got her about 6 weeks ago and she ate at first but lately she has stopped, I keep fresh food in there all the time. Temp is 80-85, she seems healthy, goes in her water and baskes under the uvb light. Any suggestions...thanks...Ralph
