I have lived on the east coast my entire life and I have been to most of the cities and I have never heard about anyone using Meth.For whatever reason it is not used or sold and I am able to appreciate that. There are problems with other drugs like crack and heroin. I have heard people confuse meth with methadone, but they just don't know about it and I guess that they are not able to appreciate that we don't have that crap here.
