Alucard be like:Ahma the creature which is beyond any time or space, I'm the space paradox which can't be harmed, I can't die and ahma on mutli+ or moreover, and at the same time I can absorb everyone standing on my way, so manipulation with time can't defeat me...but the unreal vampire which can stop time only for 11 seconds defeats me... sounds like a joke, isn't it?

it doesnt make sense for Alucard to lose after swallowing the cat boy creature hes everywhere and no where and exists outside of the realm of life or death or time itself he became a dimensional paradox its hard to even comprehend how any anime character can beat kill or defeat that he exceeds the powers of cosmic godlike entity to the point where he exists and doesnt exist so make it make sense

If deaths battle’s scaling is correct Alucard would would pretty much be a super fragile statue Dio pretty much needs to kill like 3 million times before sunrise. If it’s DEATH battle and we’re assuming both are maximum blood lusted I can see why he wins since he’s not allowed to have that German cat guy.

However then again if it’s in character I feel like Dio would just assume he’s unkillable in general after the 1000th death then either retreat do to the sun or hipnotize him and ask him about his powers.

That’s just my interpretation though if you need to kill this guy 3 million times most might just falsely assume he’s unkillable and retreat or something like that.

So let me cook:

Its a more over tie in split.
DIO can stop time, uses blood to regen, has a stand that can punch faster than light and destroy literal diamonds.

Alucard has three lv stages:3, 2, 1
Strongest being zero.His lives are giving him a higher advantage.

How the fight would go:
After dio tries so many times to kill alucard and him keep reviving, Dio will eventually give up since the sun is rising till this time.Alucard cant move in stopped time and he probably wont do anything and wont even realize that Dio has kept attacking him.

Its a draw for the most obvious reasons, i literally finished Hellsing Ultimate(its so fucking good)and even watched the OVA(thinking it was the first part).

Like how Alucard has a higher advantage and yet a disadvantage is due to his master, who gives him the commands and orders he needs. Alucard cant go to Level zero heck not one but three or 2.His physical strength is weak so he'll keep his distance inorder to attack.

Dio literally having time stop attack's him so many times and kills him but it wont matter since its three million and with the advantage of extra lives and speed, the sun will start fo rise and Dio has to return to the shadows...
