It helps a lot.... I switched from a shit mouse to a Razer and then to a GPW (which helped A LOT)... I'm now on a GPS but buying GPW was the best peripheral decision I ever made, it has the perfect shape and just works so well. I can only recommend it if you want to improve...

I have a g-pro. Not a super light but the regular one. Best mouse I’ve ever had. The charge on them is ridiculously long.

Pro tip though, a good mice does improve performance wuite abit.
When I started playing dota (the mod map) I used thise cheap generic 2$ mice that lit up and are smaller than my chances of getting my hair back. I was probly getting 2-3 denies per wave.
But my mates introduced me to the world of gaming mice. Razer death adder. And bam can almost deny the whole wave easy. Not to mention fights and stuff.

But I will admit, the difference between a normal gaming mouse and one that costs more than a new pc is negligible.
