Welcome to Episode #18 of our epic barn-find restoration series! 🚗 This is no ordinary car project—it’s a father-son journey to revive a neglected 1984 Corvette C4, a true piece of automotive history.
This Corvette, originally equipped with a Crossfire fuel-injected 350, was a special gift I gave my son when he graduated college. Not just a car, but a “hands-on learning project” to teach him the ins and outs of mechanics and the reality of car repairs. Over the years, we’ve faced countless challenges, but none like this: the 700R4 transmission is toast! Burnt fluid, no shifting—it’s time for action.
