Thanks for the review. As I already have a foot switch for my Kat 50 I’d be happy if Airstep just made a smallish input for the usb that would connect with your phone and allowed touch screen control.

Have one on the way, only wish item is if the color lights changed to match the green/red/yellow buttons on the amp so you knew which you were on.

I thought it said Kiana control… I don’t believe such a thing exists! That katana head is still on my list of stuff to maybe get, that air step I could use even without the amp to control other stuffs.

I played Katana+gafc few years. In december power amp of it fried. Partly because of you, I bought used ENGL rock master 50. Now I also have some buttons with colors connected with 3 cables, u know? 🥳😄

If y'all REALLY want full control...use a midi controller such as the Melo Audio Midi Commander in conjunction with the GA FC or Air step!! The midi controller takes you to all 8 channels without banking up or down and the GA FC acts like a buncha stop boxes in (effect mode)

just bear in mind (at the 10:00 min section) that the Katana Air download (for the Tone Studio) is only applicable for an iPhone or iPod...so it says when you get to the download link...otherwise, you'll be relegated to using your laptop for that task.

Nice content, I have problem with my AIRSTEP KAT, upon switching the AIRSTEP, there is no light at the letter 'I'. I have gone through the manual and it says restart the amp, after restart nothing happen. If I press any button there is green light, but nothing happen when I strum the guitar
