Ethereal Workshop is an island in My Singing Monsters that houses multiple monsters never seen before, from the Ethereal class. It appears to be located inside the head of the Ethereal Colossal and uses new mechanics that require the use of the Mirror Islands and strange creatures called Meebs.

To those who think that the sound of the new monsters are ugly or that the song is too weird, remember that the ethereal workshop is based on instability, therefore, it will sound unstable and strange. The more unstable a monster is the weirder it will sound.

Pentumbra is easily the best vocal in the game. This is the only monster whose sound on ethereal workshop sounds truly unstable. The song desperately needs more stuff like this but with the other sound types

Remember in the latest “quick questions” video about how someone said what if mimic has been disguised as a monster in the original game all these years and no one noticed? Yeah, and the way pentumbra “mimics” monsters sounds gives me a feeling that pentumbra ties into that theory. Also the fact in its bio it says pentumbra can travel into its own world or smth.
