PURPLE ONION TEA SAVED MY LIFE. It is so easy to make and its so good for the lungs. All Natural and not costly at all. I have had Bronchitis and Pneumonia before, this tea cleaned my Lungs and got all the Phlegm out. Highly recommended.

I make purple onion tea with honey lemon and a few orange slices it taste wonderful. I also do it with just honey everyone I’ve had try it loved it

Don't forget to add black pepper to the tumeric. That's the catalyst that releases the curcumin.

The curcumin in turmeric has low bioavailability and is fat soluble as opposed to water soluble.
To improve bioavailability, you should always use black pepper and a splash of milk or other healthy fats like coconut milk, ghee, olive oil, etc.

I began my tea ritual many years ago and the benefits are outstanding...I change out daily...another great idea, for me anyway, is I have a glass of turmeric (w/pepper) milk before bed...don't forget adding apple cider, I add a wee-bit to my tea's.

One of my main meals is rice with chicken and veggies. I regularly put onion, garlic and turmeric in the water when cooking the rice. I drink plenty of black or green tea too.
I never got covid. I can't remember the last time I got a cold.

My favorite tea for before bedtime is fresh grated ginger, a bit of ground Turmeric, ground Ceylon Cinnamon, fresh lemon juice and honey. Pour hot water over, let it steep for a minute and then drink..so good.

I make a concentrated tea with Rose hips, Hawthorne and Hibiscus, Then use it to make Oatmeal... add a handful of blueberry's, delicious.
Lower's BP...resting heart rate and gives you an over whelming feeling of good health...

I love tea and drink 3 cups a day. Lately I have been drinking organic teas that are also caffeine free. Lemon ginger is so invigorating and good for digestion. Honey Lavendar provides stress relief. Organic ginger root relaxes and refreshes. There are lots of healthy choices and delicious tea options.
