How to get bait in Terraria 1.3 Using an 'AFK Bait Farm'. Today we are going to be looking at one of the quickest ways to obtain bait in Terraria using a fast and easy method. This method utilises a couple items to effortlessly collect bait in Terraria. Additionally you can use advanced techniques such as putting a rock on your mouse to collect bait whilst AFK. Collecting bait in the jungle is the best option because of the three awesome bait that you can obtain; sluggies, buggies and grubbies! This trick is more efficient than AFK Bait Farms as you are able to retrieve bait extremely quick!

It works, but only problem is that the flare will eventuelly disappear. So its not full afk farm, but still the best out there :D

If you are on windows, Press alt+shift+numpad, this will launch
"MouseKeys". Then you need to turn numpad off, and then you can click
Numpad_insert to press m1 and Numpad_Del to release it. Google it, it provides basic control over mouse using keyboard.

Or to keep swinging your net, just click down on your mouse and unplug it whilst it's pressed.
