If the shrimp is fried and whole, I’ll eat everything except the head (I’ll occasionally eat the miso in the head).
If it’s cocktail shrimp, I remove the shell including the head

Alr, Imma be straight up honest, me and my brother used to eat the entire shrimp without peeling it and then I ended up having an experience where I choked on the shell, after that my mom didn't allow us anymore
