Emerging Leader: Emma Isaac

Emma Isaac has been involved in transforming the way Primary Care is delivered in British Columbia. Since 2016/2017, Emma has been involved in the policy development and implementation of Primary Care Networks, integrated clinical networks of primary care services located within a specific geographical area. Through her work, Emma has displayed grace and skill at navigating relationships with her staff and internal and external stakeholders. She has created a culture of learning, empowerment and trust. Emma consistently produces excellent work-products and inspires her employees to do the same. Emma is an authentic, resilient and credible leader who is dedicated to personal and organizational learning.
