THREE THINGS TO NOTE:

2. Sorry about the audio and video quality. As you can see I recorded it at home, just becasuse of technical issues in the studio & because I was working from home most of the week with a pretty gross cold (which I wanted to recover from & avoid spreading to the rest of the team). I hope you can ignore the tech issues and just enjoy the information and graphics as normal!

Thanks, and sorry for any disruption in this video - Jack

It's noteworthy that Czech military trainers also provide a lot of help for Ukrainians. I have seen Ukrainian soldiers personally get basic military training and adjustment in Brno and Prague. As a Czech, I am happy that we did everything at our best to help Ukraine.

This sounds very similar to the situation in Myanmar. Our country has been ruined and bombed by the junta using Russian weapons. Yet as thing stands, it only increases the junta's bitterness while our resistance grows more powerful. Glory to you, Ukraine.

I have to admit, being a Turkish national, we did supply a lot of weapons for Ukraine, but the way how Ukrainian military organise its offensive and use of weapons are beyond our imagination. They did it in a very effective manner, contrast to Russia's disorganised military response. As a Turk, I can't help but pray the best for Ukraine.

We in America had a lot of controversy surrounding our weaponry and aid packages to Ukraine.
Glad to see its having a great impact.

Lyman has been a "russian city" for 24 hours 🤣

HIMARS has been a game changer in Ukraine - so I am a bit puzzled that the US isn't sending units from their current stock, instead of promising deliveries in a year or so. It almost sounds like a German aid package.

Hi, regarding the anti-aircraft systems for the UA ARMY: We, the Czech republic, are going to give them anti-aircraft systems Charon (technical name KP-SAM or Shingung) worth 3 billion USD within the next few days... Plus rockets and many other stuff... Originally, Zelensky and Reznikov were requesting these systems from South Korea, but the South Korean government did not want to get involved in arms deliveries, therefore we the Czech republic have bought these systems from them and are now in the process of delivery to Ukraine:) Our military support will rise to 3, 5 billion USD therefore...

Everybody keeps talking about those 300k Russian conscripts. They're getting ONE day of training, Russia doesn't have an infantry school, tank school, or any other good large-scale training formation. Russian conscripts have always gotten their training from their units, which are currently engaged in active combat. Combat-skills are not something you want to learn on the job. At best, those 300k conscripts might, MIGHT, help the Russians stabilize their lines. More likely, they'll contribute to frightening Russian casualty figures that could bring down a government all by themselves. Quite a number have apparently already been captured, since, you know, they have no idea what they're doing. The Russian 3rd Army Corps should provide a good idea of how useful conscripts are in high-intensity combat: they finished training & equipping, moved to Kharkiv in early-September. Rendered combat ineffective within a week, and chased back into Russia during the Ukrainian offensive, losing up tp half of their shiny, new vehicles in the process. Units from 3rd AC are now known to have been detached and sent to Zaporizhzhia and Dontesk oblasts. They had been well-equipped, new AK-12 rifles, T80BV, T90, and BMP3 tanks and fighting vehicles.
The main problem for a conscripts is, combat is absolutely terrifying, and people who haven't been trained have a tendency to "flight" when their "fight or flight" responses kick in. Especially when they didn't want to be there in the first place. They are also not being equipped terribly well, with some having rusting AK's issued to them, and most being told to provide their own body-armour and medical supplies. And NO, tampons are not a good first-aid idea for bullet wounds, ask a combat-medic or doctor.
There is also the issue that Russia doesn't have a digitized list of potential recruits, and every time a recruiting office goes up in smoke, so do the lists of people they can call up. This is the first time in nearly 8 decades that Russia has conducted a mobilisation, and they let their ability to do so shrivel away. All of the problems they are having are the results of decades of neglect.
After the war finally ends, Russia is going to need help in rebuilding its army. They'll have too few troops willing to stay on, and who are actually capable of training new soldiers. Not everybody is cut-out to train others. There will also be too many holes in too many specialties to do everything themselves. Their officer corps is likely crippled for decades, they've never even had a professional NCO corps that could compare to western countries, and the system they have previously used to train everybody is irretrievably broken.

Couple things to unpack here in terms of the Russian mobilisation:
1. The "mistaken" conscription of all those men isn't an accident, otherwise they would have been freed from the military
2. It's much higher than 300k, the laws on it are censored, why would they do that if they were only going for 300k, rather than, at least, a million or more
3. Extra soliders is really not useful, in Feb the Russians realized they could only supply 100k troops in the field...and that's when they had experienced logisticians and trucks...most of which have since been blown up...and Russia wants to throw 100ks more onto that pile of issues...all of which need to be fed...
4. The conscripts are barely been given any training and some have already been sent to the front line, some already dead, some already captured...
5. The conscripts are been given uniforms, guns and ammo...but each conscript is having to supply themselves with: winter clothing, sleeping bags, sleeping mats, amour, bandages, tourniquets, disinfectant, medicine( like insulin for those with diabetes)....all because the Russian military can't supply themselves...

Reminder it's Ukraine and winter is coming...reread that list with that in mind...

Thus, within the next few months going to see alot of Russian conscripts starve and freeze to death...and that's to say nothing of disease...
