👉I teach how to help your child feel useful in 𝙎𝙘𝙖𝙛𝙛𝙤𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘽𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝘽𝙚𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙞𝙤𝙧 & 𝙎𝙚𝙡𝙛-𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙛𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚, the ADHD Parent Behavior Training program. This is the first Parent Behavior Training program in existence designed for parents of kids with ADHD.

ADHD Dude provides parent training through the ADHD Dude Membership Site, in-person school-year programs, and summer camps. ADHD Dude is not gender-specific content.

I have adhd and so does my 8 yr old son, and although she can’t be properly diagnosed yet I know without a shadow of a doubt that my 16 month old does too and I’ve been able to tell since she was 9 months old.
For the past 3 months since she learnt to walk we’ve let her help out and have little jobs to do around the house which has definitely made her thrive and you can tell she gets so much joy from it! If you never treat your kids like they aren’t capable of doing something, they’ll never stop reaching and pushing to the limits of their “potential” 😊

As an ADD mom both of my kids also have ADD. They have had to help with chores because 1 it’s our belief, but 2 I really do need their help. I praise and thank them. They will be great spouses one day, and parents. It’s been years now, they now we all have a part in our family to do, even them 💙💖
