It was a great speech and very on point, it would be a mistake to let the Putin remark overshadow everything else. But even that is not without its achilles heel for the Russian propagandists. Because a great many Russians have already by this time long been thinking that this is Putin's war, and this puts even more focus on himself as being the cause of the invasion, its failures and all the deaths. It also blamed Putin alone instead of all the Russian people, which I would think presents a more difficult rallying cry for their 'special operation' war effort.
