Palaeontologists in Australia have announced the discovery of a rare Elasmosaurus fossil with a complete skeleton from 100 million years ago in McKinlay, Queensland. The Elasmosaurus is an ancient marine reptile and a kind of Plesiosaur with a long neck. Palaeontologists say the discovery of this fossil could help unravel evolutionary mysteries.
