I signed up....got the card...but there is zero training. I hate going in blind. Im not used to shop and deliver wish they had a video or something

I’ve been doing gig apps for years and just recently signed up for shipt . I got my card in the mail yesterday. I’m in a smaller market area of about 100, 000 people. I guess we’re gonna see how this goes.

Uber has already been doing this in my area(DMV area) with Target

That’s good news the more gig jobs the better. My nearest Target is 40 minutes away so probably not for me.

When you shop and deliver for Shipt, the amount you make depends on the amount of orders you deliver per week. The only variance is the tips, period. Target is consistently out of items and customers do not pick substitutes. It's absolutely ridiculous to have to spend so much time texting them. Don't place too much weight on your ratings making much of a difference about your batch offers - it all equals out in the wash.

No shirt as well. That means that their customers think we are target employees, not gig workers. I started 2 weeks ago. I was excited at first but now I see no money there. All the hard work for nothing.
