I heard a lot of ppl say "You can't play Yanagi without Burnice". Bruh if that's the case people who fail to get or skipped Burnice will just keep skip/wait for rerun, miHoYo will loose a lot of money. Kinda riddiculous for them to let that happen

a rotation guide would be cool yeah. maybe with the 3 teams you feel like are most popular (f2p team, premium disorder team (so like yanagi burnice ceaser), and then a hypercarry team if you think its worth showcasing?)
also is there a limit to how much ap i should build? to where atk and pen rolls are better?
