Haxe as a better JavaScript

Haxe isn't a cool new compile-to-JavaScript language... it's old, like 10 years old. Back in the day it was obviously better than writing plain JS. But in the age of ES6, Babel, Webpack, Parcel and JSX... is there any reason to pick Haxe over normal JS? Is Haxe still a better JS?

You should allow community translation of the video cause the sound is not clean and google auto-generated subtitles are just bad.
