Harlem Shake (UCL edition): biggest harlem shake in Europe?

University College London does the Harlem Shake.
Biggest in the UK so far, and perhaps the biggest in Europe.

the fun thing about this is that the Harlem shake was pretty much MEANT to do it with a small group of ppl. The firefighter version consists of THREE people and is one of the funniest around imo

Most of the money from tuition fees goes to fund the research done at the university. Thus a lot of the research which leads to scientific breakthroughs in everything from medicine to engineering to geography come from universities and the students get to learn in an environment full of the leading researchers in their subject. This is what we pay for, and why it's better than just learning things from books or online.

I had a boyfriend who liked to talk shit about students, I've done this a lot.
I accept that coming from the lower classes it's much harder to get into university and a lot of state schools don't encourage students to even try, but that's the fault of the education system rather than the class system. University should be available to those with the ambition and ability to learn to a higher level, to benefit themselves as well as society as a whole, no matter where you come from.

If people assume this is what UCL life is going to be like you are sorely mistaken. I was actually in this crowd and currently studying a masters here. This main quad area is usually desolate and the uni itself is very dreary. Social life in other unis, especially outside of london are far greater

£3, 000 for Welsh students all over the UK and free for Scottish students in Scotland but £9, 000 in England and Wales, but £9, 000 for English students anywhere. Or so I've heard.
