What about the selling part? Index funds can be sold to the fund itself and move away. ETF can only be sold to another person, who wants to buy it, then you can move away.

I just wish that Dave Ramsey understood the difference here in the USA.

He always promotes mutual funds that almost always have higher fees compared to ETF'S. 😢
