I'm Niva Bupa agent and now facing lots of problems including not responding claim process of my customers. And now the relationship of mine with customers is going to bed.

Same way they rejected my claim. My doctor also gave a declarative certificate that i was admitted for genuine reasons .. i went for treatment in other city, away from my home, as my problem could not resolve in my small town. No one has time and feel comfortable to get admitted in hospital. But inspite of all efforts they rejected. I ported my policy last month .

I have also Niva Bupa Reassure 2.0 but now I think I should port this to HDFC Ergo Optima Secure not only due to this video, other negative reviews also

I too have niva bupa health policy. My claim of niva bupa is not approved yet. Niva bupa team has rejected my genuine claim.Hope less and froud policy.

This is a very common type of rejection from insurance companies. This can happen with any companies. To avoid this always ask your doctor to write on letter head that this treatment required hospitalisation and cannot be treated in OPD.
In your case if doctor has written it already, you can reach out to cio for help i.e. ireda.
If you have all valid documents you should not leave your money rather fight even if it takes a year.

even the Niva bupa company delayed me for 15 days for a small matter like Health Checkup. The Relationship between company and the Hospital is very bad.

Thanks for saving me.. I was buying today.. just thought to view some review. Company is not valueing its wording by tricking parameters. this show bad intention of the company to find reason to reject claims. A BOG NO TO ALL MY CLIENTS

मै 2015 से मैक्स buppa से कनेक्ट हु, max buppa mai bhi sabhi claims mila.. और अभी नीव bhuppa ka bhi claim Kiya Mila.. esa kuch nshi hai
