Ah roger. His work at Tear it up, Liar, radio gaga were unbelievably impressive. And also, he's back singer too. Not many drummer can singing along with drumming. Roger is one of those drummers who can do it.

I always thought the most amazing element of Roger’s drums was how he could do it so well, while having his neck turned completely to the side, and singing backup or leader, I can’t imagine how difficult that had to be, as well as uncomfortable!!! You rock, Roger, love you!

Anyone who can sing and play drums at the same time is pretty cool beans in my book. His high vocal harmonies are one of the pillars of their sound.

If you ever saw Queen live, you did marvel at how they always sounded so much better than everyone else. They had a huge sound, and what jumped out at you first was the drum sound. It was enormous and obviously tuned to the hall & PA.

Now I'm Here live at Wembley is just absolutely incredible. My favorite Drum sound of his is also from Wembley, his Toms were just beautiful and the snare was punchy. The hi hat was very cutting and yea its just amazing.
