If your're still getting the connection refused/timeout error, double check if the protocol is http and not https in the browser address bar.

Hello sir .i am also facing the same problem. Its just started today. I had uploaded some images in my wordpress website backend library. After which i am getting site cant reach msg.

I tried following the steps as u had imstructed. Opened security group inbound.

There i have three protocol groups.
Type protocol. Port range

Http TCP 80

Https. TCP. 443

SSH. Tcp. 22


.in your video you added http .but in my aws consol http was already activated
Infact i had an additional port https.
