Is Your Conscience The Voice of God?

Is your conscience the voice of God? This is a question and conversation that NEEDS to be had. I know so many people that claim to hear the voice of God, but it its only their conscience. and that is a VERY dangerous game to play when claiming that you hear God.

This is an very interesting subject that I personally have thought of too. Wondering if these are thoughts from God- that he is speaking through me or just my own and it tends to leave us in a state of confusion. I think it's possible to be capable of telling the difference on these determining factors. If God is speaking to you, it has already has to line up, correlate and match up consistenly to his word and nature. It will only be to glorify him and nothing out of that spectrum. Other indicators, such as giving a homeless man a 5 dollar bill, can very well be your conscience telling you those things or deep down, you feel like they deserve it because as human beings we are able to understand and emphasize with how other people go through based on "us" being once in there place at a moment in our life and knowing how fortunate we really are, so it's an immediate need in some of us, to take that action. It could be God that has placed that in you but at the end of the day, it's very hard to tell. That pretty much wraps up my thoughts on the topic.

Where do you think your conscience comes from? God is love and we are not love without God. Your conscience is the voice of love and God IS Love. Your conscience tells you to do no harm and God tells you to do no harm. Peace.

This is how islam started. Thr Bible NOWHERE teaches that God speaks to a person in this manner. Give me one verse. It doesnt. Also, you should distinguish between the human conscious and the Holy Spirit. The Spirit is a Guide. A Christian will FEEL super uncomfortable while comiting sin. But the other side of that coin is that we have already before becoming Christian and born again, have ben conditioned to some extent by the culture we were raised in. Sometimes I feel stuff is sin(like saying whore, because its crude) when in reality it isnt sin. Its just ME that is senstive toward a certain thing or action.


But there are times when The Spirit will undeniably bring Scripture to mind. Not always. Sometimes. Personaly I believe in extreme cases God does effecr a person's emotion or mindset in order that they would choose A instead of B. Wether God aranges your chemical balances before hand or wether He does in supernaturaly, He DOES in a sense speak to people. Christian and non Christian. Just because someone isn't a servant of Christ doesnt mean God wont use you. We simply can't understand how finitude mixes and works with the eternal side of reality. The moment we understand that, which we cant, not now, we will have most if not every question answered.

The moment we can explain the infinite, the finite itself will become infinite.

I dis agree with many peoples thoughts on this topic. it is thought in my educated opinion because everyones concience is subjective and has a different wuote on quote conciencenesd just like if a anti death penalty person can say my concience. Told me that killing someone even when they shoot up school and is a pedophilic rapist of several of elementary students he still shudnt get death penalty my concience and god says thou shall not kill so no concience isnt god or. Something spiritual there is no voice it cant be proven just like cant prove god doesnt exist but i believe u should not believe in sonething just because y cant prove it or that it doesnt exist backwards thinking in my opinion great
