even if you get the OSCP plus if u dont attempt to renew it it will fall into oscp level automatically for everyone who will take the oscp plus exam in future after this updat comes also bro i think its like that u dont have to renew oscp u only should renew if you want oscp plus only for that that plus status oscp is gonna be permenant for everyone taking the exam after the update comes also i think

Very true bro!!
On top of the cert, Indian HRs want a college degree like BTech. Which costs at least double the amount of the OSCP course and cert bundle.

That's the reason I started HackTheBox CPTS a few weeks ago. My company has an enterprise subscription so I got it for free.
