1- Select the Dress . (with Proper selection) using pen tool or any
other trick.

2- Copy the Select Dress by Pressing Ctrl+J .

3- Add a Solid color Layer with Gray Color ,Or Fill Gray Color.

4- Change the Blending Mode of Gray Solid Color layer to Divide. Or which ever will be best in your Case..

5- Add a Levels Adjustment layer then Adjust the white Point and Midpoint in Levels Adjustment Panel. Stop as it turn white .

6- Add Curve Adjustment Layer for Darken up the Dark Areas.

7- Then Add Curve Adjustment Layer for Brighten up the Bright -Areas.

8- That's it You Are Done . You Changed Your Black Dress to white.
