And pay us the ride. I know I mentioned this before, on a different video. But I spent 45 min, showed proof I dropped the passenger off, and said how would it take 45 min to go 3.45 miles, without being an emergency, and or the system asking if we're ok. I showed them all the proof and paid me 5 bucks when the trip is 19. Wasted so much time after arguing with them.

Maonority of states don’t even allow idling for past three minutes and we can be recorded and handed a citation but yet we have to wait a whole 5 minutes for some sublease to never arrive

Lyft did not pay me a trip and every time I contacted support I was asked to repeat myself over and over, that automated system is worthless. Good for nothing. Until today they refused to pay me the missing trip saying they could not charge the rider card.

In the 80s just to open the door on a cab was $2.50 leave alone the driving and inflation.

Because they don’t give a shttt about anything but there bottom line. I just don’t understand why everyone just says fuk you and doesn’t drive for 1 week straight it will crush them. Just do it and and see what happens

My biggest issue with the chatbots is over glitches or gps issues. Most recently was an airport gps issue where Lyft was telling me that the rider was at a FBO for private flights, but they were at the main airport. Obviously, I had to go to the airport to pick them up and got a Lyft message that I was at the wrong spot. I marked the issue as a GPS issue and took the rider where the needed to go. The airport pickups continued with the same issue for other rides. I ended up getting a note threatening deactivation for starting rides early before picking up the riders, which is not what I was doing. I tried to send messages through the app to straighten it out, but the bots, of course, didn’t care. Running customer service through these bots is a bad way to run a business and the drivers take the brunt of it.

But mine was FOR A RIDE I did and then had to cancel after we arrived at her destination cause she added a 2nd stop and I couldn’t take it. The ride showed all the correct time stamps, where my car was when I cancelled the ride - at her destination…but time and distance were at

When they talk about money on Uber or Lyft driver for $2 $3 .. it make all the driver like some low life scavenger.. begging for pocket change.. lowest of low life ..

OK the loose cannon will speak. I always talk to human. I never have to talk to any computer and I never have a problem. Am I special or what and I do it in between trips if there’s a problem with anything I do it in between trips as you’re going to a trip, you have to manage your time better, if you’re spending 45 minutes talking to somebody and getting nowhere is time to go to work and really how many canceled trips do you have? Do you have that mini? I can’t believe it’s such a problem I had only one canceled trip out of 148 rides last week, you always blow stuff up off of Porsche because it makes it look good I’m just saying
