Switching to any career is usually a really hard task due to a lack in the desired skillset and honestly I'd say its even harder to switch to a role in Tech due to the high demand resulting in massive competition. After struggling for a while I learned something that made all the difference for me and enabled me to make my steps into the industry which I'll be discussing during this video.

To be honest i'm close to 40. Most of my life was working as graphic designer. Now holding senior UX/UI posiition. I gave up on life and everything around it. Wish you to not get in this place. So glad that you are keep fighting. Good luck!

Doing leads to learning. Watching other doing does not lead to learning without active engagement and taking time to understand what you are doing. Passively watching is a sure path to not learning and a lot of frustration.

I'm 34 been working dead end retail jobs in london since I was 16, the only thing i have are gcse's. I want to get into IT and data analytics but have no idea where to start

I Am learning python right now, covered most of the basic stuff. And now focusing on numpy. Should I learn pandas or matplotlib next? Which out of these would you use the most in data analysis? And for practice, I haven't don't a single project, I feel like I don't know enough. Should a go through a tutorial and follow along with them? Thanks.
