Unexpected Benefit Of Quitting Coffee (3 Months In)

It's been around 3 months since I've had a coffee after I started reducing my caffeine intake on April 4th. I feel much better, have more energy and I also feel that my whole system is healing.
I went to a dentist recently and she confirmed my suspicion that I now have whiter teeth. I've not done anything to change my teeth color, e.g. no whitening. Technically, I could get my teeth even more white by using coconut charcoal and by oil pulling. Overall I'm supper happy with the direction I'm going after having quit caffeine. I encourage you to quit the slavery of "Morning Joe" and start your path to health!

I think both alcohol and caffeine have a temporary impact on the brain that slows thinking and makes it a more difficult process overall. Listening to you speak I notice similarities, even in your vid description the way you say things, it's similar to how I communicate. I believe the impact of these drinks contributes to a bit of mental confusion that manifests itself in our communication.

I just relapsed after 2 months no coffee, just teas. I don't know what possessed me; but I wish I hadn't. It feels like the poison that it is.. part of the journey I suppose, but I hope it hasn't set me too far back.
