But yeah this auto weaving tech is a tale as old as time for mid lane mages. The ones that know how to use the rest of their kit don't need to think about it. Hence they can mix in the autos for a kill angle that a person with only surface knowledge won't see. This is how I get early kills on veigar going against champions that should beat me early to late-mid game. Autos will decide who wins lvl 4 fights, not the champion.
And then the CLASSIC: Oh we're both lvl 6 and 50% health but you think you can dodge my w so you go in but then you find out veigar has auto attacks too and suddenly that electrocute proc has you right at my execute range :)

Anyways, that was from like 4 seasons ago, nowadays, everyone is autoweaving except the supports, which is where most of the xeraths and is probably why it's rare to see it on him.

His positioning is really good in most of the fights. If he even felt like the enemy is trying to ambush him when he joins the fight, he just doesn't get close and instead ults from 3 screens away.

Tbh Xerath has always been able to just blast people down. It's just mostly micro skill and ability to land skillshots. Xerath's ult is unironically one of the strongest spells in the game if you hit it.

You can see he has insane mind games while landing his R, and he also spams it because he trusts he can land a hit or make the enemy go in a predictable direction. At 9:20 the Viktor is read like a book (although he did try to land and E across the wall)

Playing Xerath since 6 Seasons always nice to see some kr players playing it, never saw any ignite stuff on xerath or used it cause im more on barrier tp or exhaust but i can see the benefit from it in some ways and matchups

Xerath is one of my favorite champs for sure, so glad to see this :D
I definitely learned at least something still too -- mainly that E is so well hidden by using it to cancel an auto attack :o

tbh this guy is just so good it's cringe even. like beifeng, some people are just at the 'why would i even bother' level. absolute freak. still kind of learnable and it's always good content to watch, but like, watch 2 or 3 videos and you'll be scratching your head at random stuff.
