I really want him back…I hope hes not rebounding. We’ve been in no contact for almost 2 weeks. He said he didn’t want any part of my life right now and that if it’s supposed to happen for us, it will, but not now. I don’t know what to do.

Curious. Who's more likely to come back, an ex who went straight into a relationship versus an ex that did not?

What if her rebound is an ex that she felt guilty about ending things with? She felt a lot of pressure from family as well as his mental health was declining, to break things off. It had been two years and she had a couple relationships since then before meeting me. Things moved very quickly at first and she had wanted to get married up until a month before our split. She had never felt like she was with someone she could marry before she met me. But eventually her dwelling on the past created obstacles when things looked very serious for us. She had chose me over him when we had a 1 day “break” because she thought life would be better with me. But she still had so much guilt over how the past ended and then him causing self harm afterwards. I’ve felt with heartbreak before from a 5.5 year relationship where I was actually engaged, but this hurts so much more. My feelings were so much stronger with her than my longer relationship. Understandably I need to just move on, we’re “friends” still and she “cares about me, and still finds me attractive” but who knows how long it will take for her rebound with the ex will last. I know it’ll end but no idea when. She’ll probably try forcing it to prove people wrong… anyways, I’d be open to it in the future if she could actually decide for herself that he’s not great. But she has to do it herself.

Is it considered a rebound relationship if they're still seeing someone they cheated on you with for a year?

Hi Clay! Me and my LDR broke up about three months ago due to my commitment anxiety and went no contact. I visited her the last two weekends and we hung out 4 times. (The last time we baked cookies at her apartment and she asked me to hug her) She’s been saying from the start that I shouldn’t get my hopes up and I agreed to be “friends” we still text from time to time and she answers my calls but almost never initiates. I want to keep visiting her every weekend, she lives 5 hours away. Where would you say she’s at?

I know this isn't related to this video, but I need abit of help from either Clay, or someone else who has signed up for Clays programs.
I've been looking and looking for what the fork in the road technique is, but I only have bits and pieces of it. Would anyone be able to tell me what it is, or where to find it?

You should be worried about rebound because it means it's the end and You can't take them back after something like this, even if they come back
