Am I the only one who thinks that they should've done another lengthening surgery to her lower arms, because they still seem very short in comparison to other limbs.

I'm not a doctor or other medical professional so I don't know if there was something stopping them from doing it or if it was even needed. All I'm saying is if I were her I would've definetly wanted that lower arms lenghtening done because they were the only halfs of all four limbs that weren't operated on and they still seem too short and it might have a negative effect in her day to day life.
