the Best Flavoured Soy Sauce for Sushi and Sashimi

It’s so simple and easy to make the umami powder at home. But it hides the possibility of causing the amazing experience of Japanese food. The English word Savory and the Japanese word Umami are interchangeable and not dissimilar. 
By the way, just between us, I often put a small pinch of the umami powder on my nigiri sushi 
It draws out the natural flavours of the fish especially white fish like snapper, gurnard or blue cod
You can make your dish with lots of flavours, aromas and umami, without too much salt taste.

100g kombu seaweed (dried kelps)
100g bonito flakes
