Incredible! Amazing that you did this so quickly. Former SE here. You've inspired me to start working on some personal projects I've been putting off. While I don't really need a girlfriend/boyfriend since I'm married and don't lack for companionship, I can imagine how this technology could be useful for education and business. Imagine George Washington chatting with you about his life? The pics would be hilarious. I think it would be fun to create a silly talking character to make my kids laugh. Thanks for the video!

Jason thank you very much for making this tutorial. I have never coded anything in my life before a few days ago when i watched this video. I then downloaded python, and then pycharm but then switched to VSC. I was able to replicate what you did here and get it working exactly as you did just from this video. I had a few bugs at first which turned out to be typos of course lol. Thank you very much for making this. You have inspired me to start learning to code.

I am having a blast. Your code really works. I ran into a few minor speed bumps regarding playsound and langchain installation (rust and wheel issues). Plus I had to get a paid tier now on Open Ai since my trial credits were used up. But it is all totally worth it. -Great work. Thanks mate !

she made a critical mistake with her AI. I believe if she did do a training pass with her own voice to create a high quality voice clone - she made a critical error in the training data.

I believe she trained the model off script reads instead of recordings of herself having a conversation. So the AI imitates her awkward script read instead of her real speaking voice.

She should have recorded a few conversations with friends (with all parities knowledge) and cut out the other speakers for the training data.

this is related to how AI voices trained off singers tend to sing words and unless their drake because he just monologues and calls himself a nice guy.

According to Caryn herself, the AI wasn't supposed to ever be sexual, and she considers it "gone rogue". But like... that's what happens when you have an AI that's not ready to think for itself, and you release it to the world of users who will definitely guide it in unintended directions. She *must* have thought this could happen at some point during the R&D phase...

I was hoping to see some fine-tuning, which I'm imagining is how they achieved those kinds of responses
