They have the power to make the fight entirely one sided and impossible to win but choose not to, the devs were just good sports about this whole exploit and choose not to ruin the fun.

They punished Low level Witchers but ended up Rewarding Geralt level Witchers xD

In the blood and wine dlc they added a tax collector, who talked to you and took alot of your money if you exploited this

They didn't give up, they added a new sidequest with a Tax Collector NPC that rips you a new bumhole if you're carrying more than 35k coins.

All they had to do was create the cow King that would brand the Witcher to do half damage for 6 in game days for every cow killed. So 36 days only after 6 cows were killed consecutively.

The tax collector in the DLC really added a challenge. I love how they incorporated it into the game. They've sent a tax collector afterwards. No one can beat an IRS.

You can kill that Chort as it appears. Simply bait the roaming Nilfgaardians to attack it. One is on the road, on is on the end of the bridge, and another is on the bridge itself. They'll attack the Chort free of charge, and they're actually quite tanky themselves. Just make sure to stay in the area so that the Chort doesn't leave. Boom, free Chort hide and Mutagen at level 1

If it was a Multiplayer Issue that affected Multiplayer, I could understand, but this was a Singleplayer issue!

In Runescape, low level players often 'farm' cows for xp, leveling, and a bit of gold feom selling the hides.

In blood and wine dlc you go to some fortress kill them all took their weapon and if you didn't kill the boss they would respawn again it was very satisfying especially with that griffin armor set and the frozen ard😂😂

Omgg lol, on my very first playthrough, i found this out when i was testing my abilities and buttons and killed a few cows as target, it almost gave me a heart attack when that monster came out of nowhere and killed me.
