So, is Hollywood still using that yellow filter whenever a movie takes place in Mexico? I've been to Mexico and it's not yellow... 🤔 It's all a lie!! They brainwashed me... 😭😅
Oh, and they have the most delicious food, by the way, and great people. 🙏🏻🔥

There are a few things I wish could be gone over a bit slower for a "basic" tutorial, like how to even make a node, or how to rename them like you do. But I went and watched other more basic tutorials and came back to this one and made more sense. Always good to get multiple opinions of a process to start formulating your own!

That layer trick for the skin tone is great! I love how easy it is to accomplish complicated color grading with Resolve’s node process!

Just picked up a Sigma fp for 12 bit raw and after going through this tutorial the results have blown me away. 100 times better than what I was getting with my XH1 and Premiere.

Using Davinci for the first time making a video for a theater project. Followed your settings in the video and got the output better than I expected. Thank you so much!

Thanks for the video, very clear and helpful! I'm still a complete zero in video processing, and therefore was surprised that LUT is not the only thing needed. I thought that LUT were a ready-made setting from professionals for those who are not sure of their taste and experience. Now I know that this is just one of the tools.

Layer nodes are really interesting, very useful for isolating elements you want to grade separately. Lots of uses outside of protecting skin tones, looking forward to using this technique.
