A Taylor Swift themed book recommendation video would be amazing

For the food category try out Crying In H Mart; it is a memoir focusing mostly on the author's relationship with her mother, and much of that is translated through their love for Korean food and cuisine

On the topic of food, or books including recipes, I have to recommend Laura Esquivel's 'Like water for chocolate', cause I know you're a big fan of magical realism! This book is a gem, a perfect mix of heartache and comfort 💜 lovely as always to watch you Emma!

For a Book for people who like Twilight I would definitely recommend Interview with the Vampire. It’s not a romance but It focuses a lot more on what it means to be a vampire. I’m reading it right now and it makes me feel just as excited about the whole vampire thing as Twilight did when I was younger. The movie is also great.

Everyday I come home after nine hours of school, I get fresh, grab a cup of tea, a blanket and pillows, and spend about an hour with Emma. This is "me time" 😂 and I absolutely love it. And when this video started, I was literally thinking that if I get to participate in Emma's next video of recommendations, I'll definitely ask for books for those who read Harry Potter every year 😂 14:02 and will ya look at that 😂😂😂
Emma, if you're seeing this, I know this wasn't a part of the video, but do you have any recommendations of books that reminded you of Taylor Swift's album Folklore? Or similar vibes to it? It's one of my favorite albums of all time, and it's really hard to find books or stuff that give off similar vibes. Love you 💕

Before I even start watching the video I wanna say how much I love your t shirt!! That is one of my favorite works of art/prints ever. Also, big congratulations on 200k!! I have only been watching you for a little over a year maybe and I am so so so happy I found your channel, it has truly been one of the highlights of 2021 for me, along with reading more books than I ever thought I could. I wanna thank you for the wonderful content you always put out, I have learned so much from you and you have not only inspired me but you’ve also helped me in some stressful moments with your passion for literature and books and your soothing voice. Keep up the amazing work Emma, I know you have a bright future ahead of you🌟 much love and admiration from Italy xx

This is me trying to convince you to give us more Taylor Swift based recommendations, it'd be my wildest book dreams come true. I can't wait for enchanted books that will make me feel, happy, free, confused, and maybe even lonely, in the best way. I know all too well that a few sad prose will probably make my tears ricochet, and reading a book that's extremely sad beautiful and tragic is a very treacherous slope, but it probably won't be the last time I begin again the cycle of heartbreak. To make a long story short, it's nothing new. I'm so looking forward to books that make me feel like I'm reading in a cabin by the lakes, wrapped in my cardigan, the floors of a cabin creaking under my step as I watch the wisteria and ivy glisten outside. I will only have closure when this video is released. I'm sure all the recommendations will fill a blank space in my bookworm heart, and stick with me forever and always.

HAPPY RED SEASON!! 🧣I'm not willing to admit how much time I spent on that cheesy mess. Dedication. Please pin this 😩

My take:

1:10 a book that feels like warm covers when it is cold outside: House in the Cerulean Sea

1:32 found family comfort: still House in the Cerulean Sea, otherwise the Harry Potter series if you haven't read them

7:06 lesbian romance that awakens butterflies in your stomach: best I can do is the Life is Strange Before the Storm, that's a video game, tho

16:03 a book for your very last day on earth: oh dear. Are you okay?

19:41 a book that reminds me that we aren't bound to a physical and earthly existence: Under the Whispering Door

24:53 a book with characters who become your best friends: Idas Dans (Norwegian-language)

25:43 a mystery where the investigator who is not a detective or a police: the Girl on the Train. Highly recommended. Wonderful flawed protagonist.

32:26 a book where the house is also a character: An English Ghost Story

32:33 a book for when you want to delete all your social media and disconnect forever
: The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon (yes, I know it's Stephen King, check it out anyway)

33:00 i am moving to Canada / a Canadian book: Alaska, not Canada, but The Great Alone by Kristin Hannah comes to mind. Be warned it's a pretty tough read, though.

34:42 a book with a cat: A Street Cat Named Bob

36:02 something melancholic and character-driven where nothing really happens: This One Summer. Give it a read. It's a comic, though.

40:45 a book about a.i preferably where they don't turn evil: Klara and the Sun

41:05 a book with the eccentricity of the Weasley family's home: closest I can think of is Pippi Longstockings. Maybe Under the Whispering Door works, too.

I've never commented on any of your videos but I just need to say this. I've been looking forward to this! Thank you so much for everything, Emma. Your channel has gotten me through some of my worst days this year. Thank you for your videos that are just one click away when anxiety strikes. You are truly special to me. Congratulations on 200k. I love you. ❤

For the person who wanted a story revolving around food, try out Ruth Reichl! She was editor of Gourmet magazine and now writes novels. She includes recipes and makes me want to cook.
