Honestly, this channel and post-rock in general always have been able to calm my mind when i was feeling anxious, lately i have many anxious thoughts and sometimes it's becoming suffocating. This video appeared in my recommandations now when i need it the most and it reminded me how much i love this music.

Thank you very much for appearing first in the search list. I desperately needed this, I gave up giving up believing that the things I was doing were wrong with me, until I realized, I was the one who was wrong and exhausted. Listening to this over a cup of coffee, I was moved by the simple fact that the weight that was crushing down on the back of my neck disappeared and I felt that I could still move forward as I always did, even in the darkest moments of my life.

So overwhelmed with myself and where I am at in life and how things don't seem to change for the better for me that often at all.. this music helps to calm my brain and reminds me that love resides within me still and that it needs to flow further inward toward myself and not just outwardly to others only, as it often does. Stop dwelling on the past and stop convincing yourself you can't improve self. Let love and appreciation guide you to build up your confidence and drive to not only keep going but to keep improving.
