No it's not that he thinks he is above the law, it's what everyone should know, they make contact, what's the reason ? Ok I made an illegal turn, give me my ticket and let's be on our way, they don't need to do anything else, just write the ticket and move on, no checking people out doing database searches it's B's, and Give ticket move Period.

Cops are hilarious ID. If they dont like where you're standing in public they'll try and demand your ID and lie about how they have to get it because theyve made contact and this and that. Ask a cop to show their ID though, they'll protect it with everything they have.
