Vancouver's mayor denounces insinuations about Chinese interference in municipal election

Vancouver Mayor Ken Sim denounced what he said were "insinuations" made in a news article alleging Canada's spy agency found evidence of China's Vancouver consulate interfering in last year's municipal election. The allegations are contained in the Globe and Mail — based on a January 2022 C-SIS report the Globe says it's seen. Eva Uguen-Csenge breaks down the accusations — and the fallout.
