Lower your music playback, get a better microphone, and read your words before recording. That way you will speak more clear and you will improve your speaking flow. Don't misjudge me, I type those things just to improve you and your YouTube image.Good luck.

When I had ADSL back in the day and worked for my provider I was lucky to play with some settings. Enable Annex M allowed 3.5mbit upstream sacrificing some downstream. There also was another one you could use the voice channels although only was a tiny tiny gain on the downstream. Nokia Siemens MSAN's :)

Just a tip, the loud bursty music makes it really difficult to hear/follow what you're saying. Otherwise good video. I'd suggest something more fluid and less dramatic, and then adjusting the volume down a bit.
