The timing! I literally just blocked someone I thought cared for me this morning. 3+ years down the drain thinking I meant something to them. And i got told that it wasnt them that they are a good hearted person. Really? With the mental abuse I endured from them and others coming forward about it too? Ok. Good heart. Everything said is 1000% correct on my situation. I had to take my power back. And now it is time to sleep and rise to a new day! I wish luck to everyone!

Needed this! 🙏 This was definitely me in the past, gotta stop breaking our own hearts. I struggle with the loyalty thing too sometimes. I'm working on it though. Can't be afraid to step on people's toes. Internalized/eventually explosive anger, depression/anxiety, and low self esteem ain't worth it. I will never betray myself again. Guard your hearts!

Thank you!!! I needed this!!! I am to loyal to people and I recently dropped a friend of 50 years because she did not realize that just because I moved to another state. I do not have to be her tour guide or free hotel and she has never invite or allow me to visit her home. She had her husband bad mouth me about it. This made me angry, because this is my house not her house. I decide who I entertain in my house and I will not let anyone make me feel bad for not having them in my house.

This makes me so strong for my daughter. I want to show her this version of me. Instead of the depressed defeated father who doesn’t do enough according to my daughters mother. I pray for whoever reads this, that our creator takes our pain away and replaces it with happiness and security. Amen.

Thank you for this. Your timing, as always, is incredible. I was crying just this morning over the guilt I feel in preparing myself to leave my 10-year abusive marriage, as though I am obligated to stay and care for him, despite how very little he cares for me, and how low he consistently makes me feel. I have saved this in my favorites so I can remind myself of the truth of the situation, as I know I will need that reminder. I left four years ago, but that only lasted 10 weeks until I came back, out of the guilt I felt for not honoring my marriage, regardless of his mistreatment toward me. I pray for the wisdom in timing, and the strength to stay the course, and to seek the smiles over the stress. Let's Get It ❤💪
