For some reason i cant change the time but wen i bought it is was set at the same time zone im in

If my watch goes counter clockwise to change the date does that indicate it is possibly a fake 1980's

Just the job if you want to stuff your watch up. Adjusting the date whilst in the time zone between 9 and 3 can and will cause the date to jam between numbers, good luck.
